Adviser to the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States, funded by UNCHS, to identify region wide projects to improve housing supply to the urban and rural poor. The study was also intended to identify appropriate sources of project finance and to strengthen local housing agencies and housing finance institutions.

Consultant to the Government of Syria, as a member of a team studying the performance of the Syrian economy, in particular to assess the capability of the private and public sectors of the construction industry; to identify bottlenecks in the housing supply system and suggest methods to resolve supply problems.
